Welcome to My Tone – Color Analysis("My Tone", "App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Tone mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

TL;DR: My Tone gives AI-powered color and style guidance for personal use. All AI analysis is processed 100% locally on your device for absolute privacy. Some features require a subscription, billed and managed securely through Apple.

1. About My Tone

My Tone is an AI-powered personal color analysis application that helps users discover color palettes, wardrobe recommendations, makeup suggestions, and styling insights using photographs provided by the user. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Photo & Face Data Processing

To perform color analysis and virtual try-ons, you may choose to capture a new photo or select one from your device. All image and face data processing occurs 100% locally on your device in real-time.

Analysis results depend on factors including:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Camera quality
  • Image resolution
  • Face visibility
  • Hair visibility
  • Makeup
  • Image quality

Results are intended to provide guidance and may vary from professional in-person color consultations.

4. Personal Use

You may use My Tone only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
  • Attempt to access our systems without authorization.
  • Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Face Meet Pvt Ltd.

5. Artificial Intelligence Results

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate color analysis and recommendations. All AI processing is performed strictly on your device. AI-generated results are based on the information and images you provide and are intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that every recommendation will perfectly match your personal preferences or professional stylist opinions.

6. Subscriptions

Certain features require an active Premium subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription management, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

7. Payments

Prices may vary by country and currency. Applicable taxes may be added where required. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing for future purchases.

8. Availability

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Internet connectivity
  • Device compatibility
  • Third-party service interruptions

9. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

10. Privacy

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party providers, including analytics, advertising, subscription management, and Apple services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property & Your Ownership

Your Photos Belong to You: We claim absolutely no ownership rights over any photos or face data you process using My Tone. Your images remain 100% your exclusive property.

Our Property: The App itself, including its software code, design, graphics, logos, AI architecture, and color palettes, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited right to use the App for personal enjoyment under these Terms.

13. Disclaimer

My Tone is designed to give you great styling guidance and inspiration, but it is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. AI is powerful but not perfect. Our recommendations should not be considered guaranteed or definitive, and they are absolutely not a substitute for professional fashion, dermatological, or medical advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Meet Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Face Meet Pvt Ltd, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
